Pricing

The Pulse is purchased as an annual license. There are different license types depending on the size of your firm and the level of use.  The price is fixed for a year’s use of the Pulse, up to a given number of respondents. A respondent means each person taking the Pulse. That respondent can use the Pulse multiple times. All prices + VAT at invoice.

Individual License

  • Set up fee £100
  • Licence for product £25 per month includes up to 100 respondents per year
  • Access to dashboard
  • Tech support
  • Additional surveys are charged at £5 per month for each additional 10 respondents*
  • One month free membership if joining the IFW

Multiple Licences (2-10 Licences)

  • Set up fee £200
  • Licence for product £20 per month includes up to 100 respondents per licence, per year
  • Access to dashboard
  • Tech support
  • Additional surveys charged at £5 per month for each additional 10 respondents*
  • One month free membership for anyone from the firm joining the IFW

High use Firms (11+ Licences)

  • Set up fee £300
  • Licence for product £15 per month includes up to 100 respondents per licence, per year
  • Access to dashboard
  • Tech support
  • Additional surveys charged at £5 per month for each additional 10 respondents*
  • One month free membership for anyone from the firm joining the IFW, or introduction to discuss corporate membership

Large organisations

  • Fees to be agreed – contact us for more information
  • Access to dashboard
  • API connection availability
  • Tech support
  • Introduction to IFW to discuss corporate membership

Additional options - all costs are in addition to the monthly fee

  • White label of app with dedicated domain for the specific organisation – £280 per month or
    £2500 if paid annually
  • Wellbeing Advisor support for data analysis charged per day
  • Specialist Financial Wellbeing support for implementation and embedding charged per day
  • Financial Wellbeing training for advisers and firms
  • API connection to existing systems – bespoke price

Other Products

  • Discounted use of a separate Happiness Pulse (HP) licence for internal users – staff,
    stakeholders etc £35 per month
  • Additional existing modules for HP Licence – £15 per month

* Each additional charge is per month from increase.
